Jarre’s sound comes out of a skull - IFA 2014 - Berlin

With his company Jarre Technologies the French musician Jean Michel Jarre is concentrating of loudspeakers producing the finest reproduction quality. Three years ago at IFA he surprised everyone with the largest and most powerful loudspeakers for the iPad. Now the star of electronic music is back at IFA to present his range of exceptional loudspeakers for the demanding consumer.

They range from the Aerotour tower-shaped entry-level model to the elegant Aerotwist, in the form of a fold-out ring or attached to the strap of a shoulder bag, as well as the Aeroskull, in two sizes, based on the skull to be seen on the cover des of Jarre’s album “Oxygene”.
“The head symbolizes the perfect acoustic instrument, it is the sound box for ideas that become words, transform into songs and find their expression in music”, the artist explained. All these models are available in a range of colours with a metallic look and have sockets for 3.5mm mini jacks and mini USBs, and are equipped for Bluetooth, APTX and A2DP Codecs and NFC transmission.

The Aerobull, in the shape of a bulldog, will be launched at the end of the year. And the prototype Aeroframe is on display too, built into a cube-shaped frame.
